We are looking for Manager e-commerce direction in the Client Service Department.
What do we have to do:
– to handle customer inquiries and prepare miscalculations of advertising campaigns
– run and maintain advertising campaigns
– to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and optimize their performance
– to provide technical support to customers, if necessary
– to help in creating and carrying out of presentations and meetings with customers and partners
We expect that you:
– know how to work with ad networks and analytics tools
– with relevant experience – the purchase of traffic, customer support, work with online shopping
– have a clear understanding of the business of online stores, the goals of campaigns. You know what a conversion
– cope with multitasking and take responsibility, are able to efficiently and effectively communicate with customers
– friends with the numbers and you do not need to learn to use MS Office tools and analytics
